Shipping policy

Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 2 business days and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for Saturday delivery. 

Transit Time: Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm, UK time. Orders placed after 12 pm UK time are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
